Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a related field) and eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one within six months of employment.

Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and preparation of plans for systems such as water distribution, sewage collection, pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
Provide technical oversight for municipal water and wastewater infrastructure design, including pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment systems.
Identify business development opportunities, participate in client presentations, and promote company services to current and potential clients.
Evaluate project opportunities, assist in consultant selection, and prepare qualifications and experience statements.
Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, draft professional service agreements, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Develop project work plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor production to ensure adherence to objectives.
Supervise technical professionals, associate project managers, and design staff, including workload management.
Track and report project financial performance to senior management.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
