Title: Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000
Company Summary:
A specialized employee-owned engineering and environmental sciences consulting firm is currently seeking a Civil/Environmental Water/Wastewater Project Manager dedicated to making a beneficial impact on communities and the environment. As you directly manage and lead projects, you will be integral in planning and detailing design processes. You will also provide bid support and construction management services for water infrastructure projects by preparing scope, schedule, contract documents and etc.
The Water/Wastewater Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Provide and review technical-level reports and submittal reviews.
- Perform and manage comprehensive design and field observations.
- Communicate, coordinate, and understand client needs while managing relationships with external stakeholders and technical sub-consultants.
- Provide mentorship and effective leadership.
- As needed, carry out additional tasks.
The Water/Wastewater Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering (MS preferred)
- PE License in California
- 7-15 years or more of expertise in managing and designing of plans for wastewater and water projects
- Strong written and oral interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project AutoCAD and Civil 3D strongly preferred
- Self-driven and capable of working both individually and collaboratively with a project team to finish a task
