Job Summary: They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Resources Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of water resources projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water resources projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of water management systems.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in water resources project management.
- Strong knowledge of water management principles and practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Background in Business Development preferred
