In this role, you'll lead a variety of impactful projects, from design to implementation, and work closely with strategic clients to address community stormwater issues. You'll also have the chance to manage multidisciplinary teams and support business development efforts to drive growth in the water resources sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget, while providing quality assurance.
- Technical Leadership: Lead stormwater infrastructure design and ensure regulatory compliance across all stages.
- Business Development: Leverage existing client relationships to identify opportunities and lead proposal development efforts.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage project teams, mentoring junior engineers and scientists.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's a plus)
- Registered PE in Florida
- 8-12+ years of experience in stormwater and water resources projects, particularly in flood studies and municipal engineering
- Experience as an Engineer of Record for stormwater projects
- Strong project management and technical expertise in water quality regulations and TMDL
