Water Resources Construction Superintendent
Location: Various locations throughout Indiana and Ohio
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Resources Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a leader in heavy civil construction, they specialize in projects ranging from water treatment plants to pump stations and everything in between. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water resources construction, including expertise in earthwork, sitework, concrete, and other wet utilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of water resources construction projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supervise and mentor construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water resources construction
- Experience with water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, sanitary/storm/sewer, and other wet utilities
- Knowledge of earthwork, sitework, concrete, and related construction processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience
