This firm is looking for a Water Conveyance Practice Lead for their Tulsa, Oklahoma office. This position will provide you the opportunity to have a key role in helping build the Oklahoma regional as well as be a part of the company's growth plans.
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer (P.E) License in Oklahoma.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or relevant degree.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant water engineering - water wastewater infrastructure planning, detailed design, and construction.
- Experience in managing water and wastewater programs and projects.
- Experience in oversight of technical tasks, project teams, performing studies, and assessment.
- Knowledge of water wastewater - local, federal, and state permitting requirements.
- Willing and able to travel to project sites and client meetings.
Brief Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from planning to construction, presenting updates to clients, and managing schedules and budgets.
- Oversee teams providing technical solutions for water and wastewater systems.
- Advise clients on processes and readiness for major programs.
- Ensure quality control and technical leadership for large projects.
- Provide technical expertise for marketing and business development.
- Assist with proposals and project interviews.
- Develop client relationships in Tulsa.
- Mentor and recruit team members.
