About the company:
We are a leading engineering firm dedicated to innovation and excellence in the water and wastewater sector. Our goal is to hire a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to help our PE II division grow and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects, including facilities, pipelines, and more.
- Allocate approximately 60% of your time to project management and 40% to design tasks, primarily guiding and reviewing designs, and assisting Project Managers.
- Adapt responsibilities based on your skill-set and the specific project requirements.
Required Expertise:
- Water and Wastewater Engineering: Extensive experience in designing and managing facilities, pipelines, and related infrastructure projects.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Design Review and Guidance: Strong skills in guiding and reviewing design work, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in civil or environmental engineering principles, practices, and methods.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a relevant degree.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
- Over 10 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, including facilities and pipelines.
- Strong project management skills and experience in guiding and reviewing design work.
