Introduction:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team as the new W/WW Group Lead. As one of the top companies in Denver's water industry, they are looking for someone who possesses strong leadership skills and experience leading design of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer License preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience designing, W/WW infrastructure - specifically any of the following: water treatment plants, wastewater collection systems, pump stations, process (PFAS), pump stations, lift stations, pipelines/conveyance infrastructure.
Skills and responsibilities
- Leadership Skills - Experience with leading teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management - Ability to coordinate engineering design activities on assigned project(s), provide mentorship and review of projects
- Communication Skills - Must have excellent communication skills; ability to interface with clients
