Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Electrical Construction to lead our clients data center division. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our data center client list, building a team of electrical professionals, and growing our company's presence across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to grow the data center client list.
Build and lead a team of electrical professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
Expand the company's footprint in the data center market across the US.
Oversee the successful completion of the first data center project in Louisville, KY.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Drive the growth and development of internal divisions.
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in electrical construction within the data center market.
Proven track record of expanding client relationships and securing new business.
Demonstrated success in growing internal divisions and teams.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed for project oversight and client meetings.
