Job Overview:
The Vertical Sales Leader is responsible for driving sales growth in the healthcare sector by promoting Building Automation Systems (BAS) that enhance operational efficiency, energy management, and patient comfort in healthcare facilities. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and delivering tailored BAS solutions to meet healthcare-specific needs, such as infection control, regulatory compliance, and critical environment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow BAS adoption in the healthcare market.
- Build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders (hospital administrators, facility managers).
- Lead sales efforts, from client acquisition to contract negotiation and project delivery.
- Customize BAS solutions for healthcare challenges (energy efficiency, patient safety).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations and BAS technologies, providing industry expertise.
- Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in sales or business development, with 3-5 years in healthcare & BAS.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of BAS and healthcare industry regulations, excellent client management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Preferred: Certifications in BAS platforms, LEED, or energy management.
