Job Title: Travelling MEP Superintendent

Job Description: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Superintendent to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent, with a strong background in hyperscale data centers and handling projects valued over $200 million. This is a travelling role, and the successful candidate must be willing to travel to various project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, addressing any MEP-related challenges or concerns.
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project life cycle.
Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and other project documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hyperscale data centers.
Minimum of 5 years of experience handling projects valued over $200 million.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
