Job Description: As a Security Lead Technician, you will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and managing security systems and solutions for their customers. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring that security systems are installed, maintained, and operate effectively. You will work closely with customers to understand their security needs, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of security technicians and coordinate their activities.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and develop customized security solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security system issues.
- Conduct regular system inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices.
- Assist in creating security system documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security system installation and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of security system technologies and products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Technical certifications in security systems (e.g., Lenel, Ccure9000, DMP)
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
