What they're offering:
- Project Manager salary: $125,000 - 145,000, but can negotiate higher based off of experience and skill
- Senior Project Manager: $165,000-180,000, also subject to negotiation
- ESOP and full healthcare coverage
- Up to 20% bonuses depending on project
- Car and travel allowances
Key responsibilities:
- Travelling to sites and overseeing construction
- Leading coordination meetings with superintendents and subcontractors
- Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
