Primary Responsibilities:
The Transition and Activation Planner will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless move-in process for healthcare facilities. This position involves collaboration with project teams, clients, and external partners to execute transition and activation plans effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive transition and activation plans tailored to healthcare facilities.
- Leading client engagement efforts to assess operational readiness and address potential challenges.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, including architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms, to align project objectives and timelines.
- Conducting risk assessments and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitating training sessions, move-day logistics, and post-activation evaluations.
- Maintaining documentation and reporting on progress to internal and external teams.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in transition and activation planning for healthcare facilities.
- Prior experience working with or alongside an architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) firm is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations and facility planning.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in software tools related to project planning and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related needs, if required.
