Design Development: Create and develop cutting-edge designs for our clients, providing valuable recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
Specification and Documentation: Craft detailed specification sections and document client needs to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in Telecommunications, Access Control, Security, CCTV, Audio-Visual Systems, Nurse Call, Wireless/DAS Networks, and Fire Alarm Systems, integrating them seamlessly into daily duties.
Market Expertise: Actively engage in market sectors such as MEP, Fire Protection, Architectural, Structural, Process, Robotics, and Technology. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Company Growth: Play a vital role in our company's growth strategy by contributing to mergers, bringing on leaders, and expanding our expertise.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Mandatory B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Certifications: Hold a Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification, Certified PE (Professional Engineer), and additional certifications like RCDD/CTS/PSP.
Professional Experience: Accumulate 3-10 years of full-time experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
Industry Understanding: Deep understanding of the construction and contractor industry.
Revit Proficiency: Essential experience using Revit, with a preference for advanced skills. Training provided as needed.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
Project Management: Ability to organize and manage multiple project assignments concurrently.
Note: Revit skills are preferred, and candidates without prior experience will receive training.
