I am working with a leading energy storage solutions company in Australia for residential and commercial and industrial solutions.
I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide remote support, conduct fault analysis, compile product quality issues, maintain customer relationships, and manage training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers.
- Analyze system faults and prepare reports.
- Collect and analyze product quality feedback.
- Maintain effective communication with customers.
- Manage and conduct training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in the electrical/renewable industry.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining residential BESS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant Australian/international codes.
- Excellent customer support and communication skills.
- Fluency in Chinese is a must.
