Survey Tech

Skills and Expertise:

• Proficient in boundary survey calculations and resolving boundary issues
• Skilled in drafting legal descriptions
• Experienced in creating maps for parcel maps, subdivisions, records of survey, corner records, and ALTA surveys
• Capable of performing construction staking calculations
• Knowledgeable in conducting topographic and ALTA surveys
• Competent in using CAD software
• Familiar with field survey techniques
• Adept in using GPS and robotic total stations

Qualifications:

• Land Surveyor In Training (LSIT) or CA Professional Land Surveying license (PLS)
• Experience with drone and 3D scanning technology (preferred)
• Three to five years of experience in an office focused position.
• Strong mathematical skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
