They are looking to bring on a Survey Project Manager to one of their North Carolina offices. The role can be seated out of Youngsville, Raleigh, or Charlotte.
Role Overview:
As the Survey Project Manager, you will take charge of managing, planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple survey projects and teams. We are looking for a candidate who can apply strong surveying principles throughout all phases of project planning, assessment, and completion. In this role, you will serve as the main client liaison, define project goals, participate in contract discussions, create and manage budgets, ensure the final survey results align with company quality standards, and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
What We Are Seeking:
- An A.S. or B.S. degree from an accredited institution
- Professional Survey License required
- At least 10 years of experience in the surveying field
- Hands-on experience with surveying tools and software (e.g., Trimble, AutoCAD Civil3D)
- Strong self-drive and the ability to apply engineering knowledge across various types of projects
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with clients and personnel from different organizations
- Excellent skills in time management, organization, and problem-solving
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in advanced mathematics
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance under the firm's standard terms (a motor vehicle record check is required)
- Willingness to travel as necessary
