Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee topographic, boundary, and construction staking projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of surveyors, ensuring quality and project efficiency.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting business development and market expansion efforts.
- Prepare and review project deliverables, including plats, ALTA surveys, and construction layouts.
- Ensure projects meet regulatory and client requirements.
- Oversee field and office operations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success and identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, identifying potential clients and markets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification in Utah (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of survey experience, with a focus on topographic, boundary, and construction staking projects.
- Experience in business development and client management.
- Proficiency with GPS, total stations, and survey software (Civil 3D preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
