Our client, a leading construction company specializing in water and wastewater treatment plants, is seeking an experienced superintendent to oversee the construction of large-scale facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project management from preconstruction through final completion. Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate for the superintendent position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Additionally, we require a minimum of 7 years' experience building large water and wastewater treatment plants. The candidate should also be familiar with all aspects of general contracting, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project management from preconstruction through final completion. The superintendent will be required to plan and implement schedules, manage resources like labor force, materials, and equipment. Additionally, the superintendent will need to ensure compliance with regulations, manage budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
