A dynamic and well-established owner-developer specializing in high-quality multifamily residential projects,with a strong pipeline of developments in the Tampa area, are looking for an experienced Lead Superintendent. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering best-in-class residential communities while working with a collaborative and experienced team.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of multifamily developments from pre-construction through delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, general contractors, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of multifamily development projects, from entitlement through construction completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met.
Coordinate with design, construction, and development teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact between ownership and third-party vendors, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting, and zoning requirements.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior leadership and investors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in multifamily construction.
Proven track record of successfully managing multifamily projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with owner-developers or general contractors preferred.
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
