What You'll Do:
โ๏ธ Oversee Field Operations - Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from site preparation to final walkthrough.
โ๏ธ Lead & Coordinate Teams - Direct subcontractors, trades, and field staff, ensuring smooth execution.
โ๏ธ Ensure Quality & Safety - Maintain strict compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
โ๏ธ Stay on Schedule - Develop and monitor project timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation.
โ๏ธ Budget & Cost Control - Work closely with Project Managers to keep projects within budget and on target.
โ๏ธ Problem-Solving in Real-Time - Quickly identify and resolve construction challenges to keep progress moving.
โ๏ธ Client & Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the on-site representative, ensuring clear communication with owners, architects, and project teams.
What We're Looking For:
๐น Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction (with additional experience in healthcare and multifamily preferred).
๐น Project Expertise: Proven track record managing ground-up and renovation projects in commercial, healthcare, and multifamily sectors.
๐น Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
๐น Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate teams, build relationships, and drive efficiency on-site.
๐น Problem-Solver: A proactive mindset with strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
๐น Certifications (Preferred): OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or other relevant industry credentials.
