Position Overview
As a Superintendent, you will be a key player in overseeing the on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with quality standards. Your leadership and coordination skills will be crucial in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, managing subcontractors, and communicating effectively with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Capable of thriving with minimal guidance from Senior Management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in in Corporate Interior or Ground Up
- OSHA 30 certified
