Job Title: Superintendent

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join our team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilities, DOT work, grading, excavating, and environmental projects. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and construction workers.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on utilities, DOT work, grading, excavating, and environmental projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
