An ENR top-rated General Contractor is currently seeking a Heavy Civil Superintendent for their upcoming project in Denver, Colorado.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities:

Monitor project progress, and ensure safe and quality products and/or projects are complete
Complete weekly equipment reporting
Coordinate subcontractors
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
Assist with interviewing, selecting, and training new employees
Assist in maintaining project cost control and efficiency
Develop and maintain project or scope schedules
Determine techniques, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools to be used
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
Coordinate the training of new employees
Analyze and resolve work problems that may develop
Work with the Project Manager and Project Engineer on determining systems and methods

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Working knowledge of applicable standards, specifications, codes, regulations, and laws
Minimum 10 years of experience in Heavy Civil, preferably bridge and concrete structures
