The Structural Engineer will be responsible for:
- Draft, design, and develop plans for commercial projects, prepare construction documents, and lead design tasks across various sectors, working closely with the Project Manager (PM).
- Perform preliminary wind load designs, research alternative products, review building codes, and contribute to advanced design opportunities as assigned.
- Assist with construction administration, including field visits, addressing RFIs, and generating revisions, while maintaining direct communication with clients and contractors.
- Track project progress using management software, maintain logs, and provide regular updates to the PM and clients.
The Structural Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- Commercial and Residential Structural Engineering experience
- 10-15+ years of experience in structural engineering or related field
- PE Licensed in Colorado
- Engineering Bachelor's degree required
- Technical skills: experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Deltek and Enercalc
