Job Description: As the Structural Engineering Discipline Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our structural engineering team, ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Management: Oversee and mentor a team of structural engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support in structural analysis, design, and review, utilizing industry-standard software and methodologies.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present design solutions, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
