Position: Senior Structural Engineer (6+ Years Experience)
Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with 6+ years of experience to lead design and analysis for a range of complex projects. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and review detailed design calculations, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and contractors, to ensure design integration and project success.
- Conduct site inspections and evaluate existing structures to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 6+ years of professional experience in structural engineering, including project leadership.
- Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and structural design principles.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
