Structural Engineer
Salary: $80,000-$120,000

The Structural Engineer will be responsible for:
- Draft and design structural plans for residential and commercial projects, prepare detailed construction documents, and lead design tasks across various sectors, collaborating closely with the Project Manager (PM).
- Perform preliminary wind load analyses, research alternative structural materials, review building codes, and contribute to advanced structural design opportunities as assigned.
- Assist with construction administration by conducting site inspections, addressing RFIs, and generating structural revisions, while maintaining direct communication with clients and contractors.
- Monitor project progress using project management software, maintain detailed logs, and provide regular updates to the PM and clients.
The Structural Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in structural engineering or related field
- EIT or PE licensed
- Engineering Bachelor's degree required
- Technical skills: experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Enercalc
