Job Description:
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience with programming and maintaining Honeywell Experion PKS (C300, C200, UOC), Honeywell TDC 3000 (HPM, LM), or Emerson Ovation automation control systems.
- Strong technical expertise in Honeywell Experion PKS, including programming for C300, developing HMIWeb graphics, building SCADA interfaces, system commissioning, I/O checkout, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation control systems with advanced digital control.
- Develop automation programs using interactive tools and various programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagrams, and Sequential Function Charts.
- Implement digital logic for equipment control, including permissives, interlocks, and batch sequences.
- Develop and apply analog control strategies like PID and feedforward control.
- Create detailed HMI designs with graphical tools.
- Travel as needed to support successful project execution.
- Communicate effectively within a professional team environment.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Strong computer and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Self-driven, able to complete tasks efficiently in a professional setting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Teams).
Additional Notes:
- Up to 50% travel required.
- As a Senior Automation Control System Engineer, you will lead efforts with project managers and clients to develop process control solutions on platforms like Honeywell Experion and Emerson Ovation. You will be expected to solve complex control problems using both DCS and SCADA systems in modern programming environments.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
