We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and oversee all aspects of business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and paving projects. This role involves managing client relationships, leading project teams, and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Business Development: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with Business Development to identify new opportunities.
- Contract Negotiations: Define project scope, budget, and fees, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Team Leadership: Mobilize and supervise project teams, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to quality control and assurance standards.
- Project Oversight: Direct work plans, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and monitor project milestones.
- Financial & Performance Management: Analyze financial and contractual performance, implementing strategies to improve project outcomes.
- Staff Development: Conduct performance evaluations, mentor team members, and provide training opportunities for professional growth.
- Production Support & Safety Compliance: Provide production support as needed and ensure safety and health planning per company and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
- 8+ years of experience in municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and paving projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in business development is highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
