We are hiring a Technology Designer/Engineer for our client in their Boston office to lead technical design efforts and ensure project accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform special systems design and engineering.
Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and client alignment.
Develop solutions to engineering challenges.
Support technical leads in maintaining quality and driving innovation.
Analyze and resolve data discrepancies.
Contribute to proposals and presentations with accurate specifications.
Write technical specifications and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices.
Participate in design, bidding, and construction phases.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Attend client meetings and monitor project progress.
Maintain production quality and coordinate across disciplines.
Additional Duties:
Explain technical concepts to non-engineers.
Perform QA/QC tasks as needed.
Handle other assignments as required.
Qualifications:
RCDD certification required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
P.E. license preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering design.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and QA/QC processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.
