We have a currently have several openings for experienced Solar Electrical Superintendents. The ideal candidate will have self preforming EPC experience on large utility scale solar projects.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees, confirms, and documents construction tasks alignment with the project schedule
- Conducts meetings with foremen and subcontractors to review, assist, and plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Watches over construction productivity, advancement, and expenses by discipline, reporting findings to the Construction Manager
- Supervises, trains, develops, and manages performance of direct reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of solar field construction experience
- Strong electrical background
- Ability to travel as needed
- On site safety knowledge
