Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior water/wastewater project manager to join their team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, who will be responsible for managing large-scale projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and up to our client's high standards.
As the Snr Water/Wastewater PM you'll have overall responsibility for delivering multiple water treatment engineering design & construction management projects across Indiana with occasional out-of-state work as required.
Responsibilities include but not limited:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned multi-discipline capital improvement programs/projects including all aspects of planning/organizing, staffing, leading/directing technical staff through delivery of successful outcomes consistent with goals/values/objectives set forth by clients;
- Lead or assist other market sectors (e.g., environmental services) when necessary/appropriate; may lead business development pursuits/initiatives focused upon specific target markets/market segments/geographic locations identified by leadership group;
Qualifications Required
The ideal candidate must possess these qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution,
- Minimum 10 years' experience working on municipal wastewater facilities/plants/stormwater systems/outfalls remediation/sanitary sewers/or related fields
-Minimum 5+ year track record successfully executing $20M + multidisciplinary infrastructure public works programmes /projects
-Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred
-Knowledgeable about applicable codes/regulations industry practices/procedures
-Proven ability dealing effectively w/all stakeholders involved
-Solid analytical/problem-solving skills
-Demonstrated written oral communication/presentation abilities at executive level
-Leadership qualities/self-starter
Salary/Benefits Package
This role comes with an attractive salary package starting at $130000 per annum based on relevant experience.
