Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer - St. Paul, MN
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of St. Paul, Minnesota. This role focuses on the design and implementation of pipelines, pump stations, sewer and water distribution systems, ensuring efficient and sustainable transport of water resources. Key Responsibilities
Lead Conveyance System Design: Develop and implement water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure.
Ensure System Efficiency & Compliance: Conduct hydraulic analysis, water quality modeling, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Site Assessments & Optimization: Evaluate existing conveyance systems, recommend improvements, and oversee construction reviews.
Technical Leadership: Prepare design reports, white papers, and contribute to industry publications.
Client & Business Development: Support proposals, client meetings, and presentations to advance firm visibility.
Mentorship & Team Support: Guide junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience: 10+ years in water/wastewater conveyance design and engineering.
Skills: CADD 3D/4D, hydraulic modeling, Microsoft Office, regulatory expertise, strong communication.
Travel: Up to 10%.
