Job Description: As a Senior Water Resources Manager, you will be at the forefront of our water resource initiatives, driving projects from concept to completion. You will lead a team of engineers and scientists, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that address stormwater management, flood risk mitigation, water supply sustainability, and watershed restoration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of water resource projects.
- Develop and apply approaches to stormwater management, flood control, and water conservation.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
- Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of relevant indistry experience
- Significant experience in water resources engineering, with a focus on project management.
- Proven track record of leading successful water resource projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
