Job Description: As a Senior Water Resources Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of water resource projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in driving the success of our projects and contributing to our mission of sustainable water management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water resource projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and modeling.
- Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in water resources engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM).
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
