Job Title: Senior Transition Planner
Salary: $130k - $150k
Location: Fully Remote
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead transition planning efforts for Federal or Government healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless transitions during periods of change or renovation.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive transition plans that prioritize operational continuity and patient care.
- Provide expertise in logistics, facility management, and healthcare operations to optimize transition processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, mitigate challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on transition planning best practices, guiding junior team members and advising clients on industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare transition planning, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Federal or Government healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with demonstrated success in leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed, typically around 30% of the time.
