Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive traffic analyses using advanced modeling and simulation tools, with a focus on signal sequencing, phasing, and timing optimization.
- Develop and implement strategic traffic engineering plans for intersections, signal systems, pavement markings, signage, and construction staging.
- Collaborate closely on the preparation of contractual documents, including detailed plans, technical specifications, and precise construction cost estimates.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Pursuing or holding Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Wisconsin

- Proficiency in traffic modeling software platforms such as Synchro and Vissim.
