We are currently seeking a Senior Structural Project Manager to join a growing, 100% employee owned firm. This full-time position will be based in the Madison, Wisconsin area. This position will play a key role in leading structural engineering projects, including the design, management, and oversight of infrastructure work for public and private clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage teams on diverse transportation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Team Development & Quality Control: Mentor staff to promote growth and maintain a positive, collaborative environment. Ensure design quality for junior team members.
Growth Strategy: Support leadership in developing and executing strategic plans for market expansion, including setting financial and operational goals.
Client Engagement & Business Development: Identify and pursue new project opportunities, building strong client relationships to secure work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Structural focus); Master's preferred
- PE license or ability to obtain in WI and MN within 6 months
- 4+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in bridge design and public infrastructure
- Proficiency in AutoDesk or Bentley design software
- Strong independent work ethic and team collaboration skills
