Key Responsibilities:
- Manage structural projects from design development to construction administration using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to create innovative solutions.
- Prepare construction drawings, estimates, detailed calculations, and technical specifications.
- Oversee project timelines, communicate delays, and resolve issues with the project manager.
- Conduct site visits, answer RFIs, and inspect work by general contractors.
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical resource.
Position Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license.
- 10-15 years of experience, with potential progression to Associate, Senior Associate, and Principal.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Revit, Resa Suite, remodeling, and ETABS.
- Bridge work experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory and permitting requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expereince with client-facing activities.
Position Type and Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling options available.
- Core business hours: 9am - 4pm.
- Occasional overtime may be requested.
