My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a strong background on designing and analyzing various structures in commercial, residential, educational, and industrial. This role involves leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and design for various types of structures.
- Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:
