Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise and Project Management:
- Provide expert-level guidance on structural design encompassing concrete, steel, masonry, timber structures.
- Conduct assessments & forensic investigations to identify root causes & develop effective remediation strategies.
- Oversee testing programs evaluating structural performance generating appropriate recommendations.
Client Relations And Business Development
-Maintain existing client relationships while cultivating new business opportunities through networking marketing efforts
Staff Mentoring And Development:
Mentor junior staff members; provide guidance fostering professional growth.
Industry Involvement And Knowledge Enhancement: Participate industry organizations staying abreast developments trends enhancing knowledge contributing professional growth
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications;
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
-Profound knowledge of relevant principles including Concrete/Steel/Masonry/Timber Structures .
-A minimum 10 years experience working with Forensic Investigations/Structural Condition Assessments/Failure Analysis
-Familiarity with Testing Programs focused on assessing condition/performance
-Skilled at Designing Construction Documents Specifications Construction Administration Services (CAD)
-Outstanding written verbal communication skills strong analytical problem-solving abilities capability managing multiple projects priorities simultaneously Professional Licensure preferred PE/Ra/SSE Credential)preferred Experience testifying court proceedings would be beneficial too!
