Responsibilities
- Perform structural design of various building projects, including the development of design documents, calculations, specifications, and construction administration.
- Design structural systems of cast-in-place and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, masonry, and wood framing for a variety of health care, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, mixed-use, and institutional buildings.
- Other duties, as assigned.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from a U.S.-accredited college or university; a Master of Science degree in civil/structural engineering is preferred.
- Eight (8) to ten (10) years of structural design experience, including various building systems and materials.
- Professional engineer licensure is preferred; Illinois structural engineer licensure is preferred.
- Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs, including RISA 3D and RAM Structural System; Revit experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Applicable U.S.-based work experience.
