Responsibilities:
- Lead diverse land development projects in commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-use, and residential sectors.
- Assist the Civil Group Leader in design and project management.
- Supervise a team of engineers and CAD Designers.
- Execute technical planning and design tasks for land and site development.
- Prepare construction plans for regulatory review.
- Manage land development and environmental permitting.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 7+ years of land development experience, preferably in Delaware with DelDOT experience.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- Delaware Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required; Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey licenses preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling software.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS software is advantageous.
