Job Title: Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing transportation engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transportation engineering projects, including planning, design, and implementation.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality control processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in transportation engineering and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex transportation projects.
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, design, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (Microstation, OpenRoads, Civil3D, etc.)
