Position Summary
Based in Houston, TX, the Senior Project Manager will lead wastewater treatment facility projects from planning through implementation. This includes coordinating with internal teams, engineering consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery-without direct involvement in design or construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of wastewater treatment facility projects.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wastewater regulations.
- Lead procurement efforts, including contract development and vendor selection.
- Track project performance, manage schedules, and report to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing wastewater treatment facility projects or infrastructure programs.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas preferred but not required.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple projects.
- Familiarity with wastewater regulations, permitting, and compliance.
