Job Title: Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

They are seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their Indianapolis team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing complex water and wastewater projects, combined with excellent leadership and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater projects.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical reports, engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with Indiana state regulations, local codes, and industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff, fostering professional growth.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving challenges efficiently.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering and project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in Indiana.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
