Partnered with a national and international consulting firm that supports a ton of public and private sector work. They're looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager - Roadways in their Charlotte, NC office. They are a top ENR design firm and offer a full range of services with 100 offices across the world.
The ideal candidate is someone who's had experience with managing roadway design projects, managing a team of engineers/personnel, and budgets. This opportunity gives the opportunity to have a ton of autonomy, mentor and train engineers, and shape the future of the Roadway department.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Licensure: PE licensed in North Carolina required
- Experience: You've got 10+ years under your belt in transportation (roadway) design and 5+ years of project management experience.
- Background: Previous NCDOT project experience and municipal roadway project experience.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microstation, InRoads, and/or Geopak.
- Experience in managing and leading project teams
