Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This fully remote position will involve managing complex projects across various sectors, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, environmental impact analysis, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Oversee project documentation, including contracts, reports, and regulatory submissions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting our commitment to quality and personalized service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering and environmental projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
